Book a one-on-one video session with the developer — who is also an active futures trader. Setup, configuration, troubleshooting, Bookmap Cloud Notes workflow — whatever you want hands-on time with on BMBridge, BMBridge Lite, VPOC Migration Pro, HVN Marker, or LVN Marker.
Paid SDES product customer? Email me first — [email protected]. Questions and bug reports are always free; replies in 1–2 days. Book a session below when you'd rather have me on a call than wait for an email.
One-on-one help is scoped to SDES software and its integration with Bookmap. It is not trading coaching, market analysis, or financial advice.
Choose an available time on the scheduling page. Slots are evenings and weekends (US Eastern) so no market hours are interrupted.
$150/hour, minimum one hour. Paid at booking via the scheduler's payment integration. Non-refundable within 24 hours of the session.
In the booking form, tell me which tool, what you're trying to do, and what's going wrong. Screenshots help. The more context, the faster we solve it.
Video + screen-share (Google Meet or Zoom link in the confirmation email). Work through the problem live. You get a follow-up email summarizing what we did.
A little preparation goes a long way. Completing the checklist below before booking ensures we spend the hour solving your actual problem rather than gathering context.
Book a session when you want live screen-share time — walking through setup together, troubleshooting in real time, or deeper hands-on configuration help.
For these, email is faster and free:
Sessions are also not for trading strategy, market commentary, or financial advice — software help only.
$150 per hour, 1-hour minimum, evenings and weekends US Eastern Time. Sean will reply within 24 hours with payment details and a confirmed time slot.
Requests are read personally. By submitting, you're asking for a time slot — no charge until the session is confirmed and scheduled. If the session isn't a fit, Sean will say so and won't bill.
Yes. If you've purchased BMBridge or subscribed to VPOC Migration Pro, email [email protected] any time with questions or bug reports — you'll get a real reply, usually within 1–2 days. No ticket cap, no plan tier, no extra charge. The paid session tier exists for when you'd rather have me on a video call than trade emails — that's a different thing.
SDES is a one-person operation. Email Q&A I can do alongside development; live screen-share is a real chunk of my day, which is why that part is paid. Each tool also ships with a Quick-Start guide and User Manual, and modern AI assistants (ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini) handle most configuration questions immediately — worth a try first to save yourself the wait.
No. The 1-hour minimum covers prep, the call itself, and any follow-up notes. Most software issues take more than 15 minutes once you include context-gathering, screen-share setup, and verification.
You still have the rest of the hour. Use it — ask about other settings, workflow optimizations, or anything else within scope. No refunds for unused time.
We can go longer in 30-minute increments ($75 per additional 30 minutes), agreed to at the start of the call, or book a second session.
Evenings (after US cash market close) and weekends, US Eastern Time. Exact availability varies week to week and is shown on the scheduling page. If nothing fits, email me and we'll find something.
No. Some issues are upstream — Bookmap behavior, data provider quirks, OS or firewall policies, network conditions. I'll do my best and be transparent when something is outside my control.
Cancel more than 24 hours before the session for a full refund. Within 24 hours, no refund — but you can reschedule once at no cost. If I have to cancel, you get a full refund plus the option to rebook.
Yes, on your side. If you want me to record and share the video, just ask at the start of the call. The recording stays between us and isn't published anywhere.
See the full Prep section above. Short version: tool + version, OS, Bookmap version, exact problem, steps to reproduce, screenshots, things you already tried, working mic and screen-share. The confirmation email includes the Google Meet or Zoom link.
